If you primarily operate your Toyota under one or more of the following special conditions, more frequent maintenance may be required for some maintenance items.
1. Road conditions.
a) Operation on bumpy, muddy or snow-covered roads.
b) Operation on dusty roads.
c) Operation on roads sprinkled with anti-icing salt.
2. Driving conditions.
a) Towing a trailer or roof rack of a vehicle.
b) Repeated short trips less than 8 km in outside temperatures below freezing.
c) Excessive idling and/or driving at low speed for long distances.
