  • Car gearbox

The cars in question are equipped with a 4- or 5-speed manual transmission or automatic transmission. Repair of these units should be carried out in a car service due to the lack of spare parts for sale and the complexity of repair procedures. Only new or remanufactured units are used for spare parts. Self-performed procedures include only the removal and installation of the gearbox.

The vehicles are fitted with 4-speed transmissions with a locking torque converter. Since 1993, the automatic transmission has been equipped with a self-diagnostic system, which is started from the Overdrive button. Transmission repair with complete disassembly is carried out only in a car service. You can remove and install the transmission yourself, as well as perform certain types of maintenance, adjustment and diagnostic work.
