2. Disconnect the throttle cable (Diesel engine).
a) Remove the cable handle as shown in the figure, then the cable mounting nut and the cable.
3. Remove the choke cable.
a) Loosen the handle mounting screw and remove the handle, then remove the mounting nut and cable.
4. Unscrew the four screws, disconnect the two connectors and remove the instrument panel.
5. Remove three screws, disconnect two connectors and remove the instrument cluster.
6. Remove the three screws, disconnect the connector and speedometer cable, and remove the speedometer.
7. Unscrew the three screws and remove the heater control panel.
8. Remove the glove box cover.
a) Unscrew the screws securing the cover travel limiter from the glove box cover.
b) Unscrew the four screws and remove the glove box cover.

9. Remove two screws and remove the glove box retainer, then remove two more screws and remove the glove box.
10. Remove the panel brackets.
a) Unscrew the screw securing panel bracket No.1 and the three screws securing bracket No.3 and remove the brackets.
11. Remove the four screws, disconnect the connector and antenna cable and remove the radio.
12. Remove the ashtray, then unscrew the two screws and remove the retainer.
13. Disconnect the connector, unscrew the nut and remove the cigarette lighter assembly.
14. Disconnect the heater flap control cable by unscrewing the mounting screw and disconnecting the connector.
15. Remove the instrument panel.
a) Remove four screws and six bolts, disconnect the speaker connectors and remove the instrument panel.
