- A) Disconnect the sensor connector.
- b) Turn on the ignition.
- V) Measure voltage between terminals "VC" And "E2" connector. Supply voltage 4.5-6.5 V.
- G) Switch off the ignition.
- d) Connect the sensor connector.
2. Checking the signal.
A) Turn on the ignition.
- b) Disconnect the sensor vacuum hose from the intake manifold.
- V) Connect to terminals "PIM" And "E2" voltmeter and measure the signal voltage at atmospheric pressure.
- G) Vacuum the absolute pressure sensor according to table 1 and measure the signal voltage drop.
- d) Pressurize the MAP sensor according to Table 2 and measure the rise in signal voltage.
- e) Connect the vacuum hose.
