Removing
1. Remove the windshield wiper.
2. Remove the windshield top molding.
3. Remove finishing of a forward rack.
4. Remove the instrument panel.
5. Remove an internal mirror.
6. Remove the local illumination lamp.
7. Remove sun visors and their holders.
8. Remove the auxiliary handle.
9. Remove the roof molding.
10. Bend the front edge of the roof trim as shown in the illustration so as not to damage the glass.
Windshield.
1 - glass seal,

6 - sealant.
11. Remove the windshield.
A) Stick the protective tape on the body surfaces around the windshield to avoid damaging the painted surfaces.
b) Make a hole in the glue layer and push the wire through it.
V) Fix the ends of the string on wooden blocks or using special clamping devices.
G) Using a string, cut off the adhesive layer and remove the windshield.
Installation
1. Using a knife, even out the layer of glue remaining on the body.
Note:
- Do not damage body paintwork.
- After removing the adhesive, clean the cut surface with a cloth soaked in solvent.
2. Install new stoppers on the front edge of the vehicle body.
3. Install the new stoppers on the glass as shown. Rated distance "A":
- Duet - 13.0mm
- Sirion - 7.0mm

4. Remove the old seal and install a new one on adhesive tape.
- Rated distance "A" — 6.5±2 mm
- Rated distance "B" - 22 +2 mm

5. Pre-install the glass and put alignment marks on the glass and body, then remove the glass.
6. Using a brush, apply the primer to the unprotected part of the body.
Note:
- Primer drying time is at least 3 minutes,
- Do not apply primer to adhesive.
- An open primer cannot be reused.
7. Apply primer to glass contact surface. Clean glass before applying primer.
8. Using a syringe, apply glue to all contact surfaces of the glass.
9. Install glass.
A) Position the glass according to the alignment marks and carefully push it along the rim.
b) Apply glue to the glass edge.
V) Press firmly on the glass to keep it on the adhesive.
G) Remove excess glue.
10. Check and, if necessary, repair leaks in the connection.
A) If there is a small leak, repair the leak with a sealant for automotive glass.
b) For significant leaks, reinstall the windshield.
11. Install the removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
