Brake force redistribution valve (by acceleration braking).
1 - Bleed bolt,
2 - Brake force redistribution valve,
3 - Bracket.


Removal



1. Disconnect the two brake pipes.

2. Unscrew the three bolts and remove the valve with the bracket.

3. Unscrew the three bolts and separate the bracket from the valve.

Installation



1. Install the valve on the bracket.
  • Tightening torque: 7.8 Nm

2. Install the valve assembly with the valve.
  • Tightening torque: 13 Nm

3. Connect and tighten the two brake pipes
  • Tightening torque: 15 Nm

4. Loosen the bleed bolt as much as possible and bleed the brake system, then tighten the bolt.
  • Tightening torque: 8.3 Nm

5. Check the system for leaks.

6. Check the system operation.
