Assembling the rear side doors [Toyota Carina T190]

The rear side doors are assembled in the reverse order of disassembly, with the following exceptions:

a) Before installation, apply glue to the door lock mounting screws as shown in the figure.



b) The tightening torque of the six nuts securing the window lift mechanism is 8 Nm.

c) Install the plug as shown in the figure.



g) (Models without electric windows). Before installing the window lift handle, close the door glass completely, then set the window lift handle to the position shown in the figure.
