Installing a rear spoiler [Toyota Carina T190]

1. Clean the rear spoiler installation areas from adhesive residue using a scraper or a rag soaked in solvent.



2. Apply a new layer of adhesive to the connecting surfaces as shown in the figure.



3. Using a lamp, heat the installation areas of the rear spoiler on the trunk lid and on the spoiler itself, as shown in the figure.



4. Install the rear spoiler onto the trunk lid and tighten the two mounting nuts.
