Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery post.
Remove the lower engine shield No.1.
Remove the upper radiator shroud.
Drain the coolant.
Disconnect the radiator inlet hose.
Disconnect the radiator outlet hose.
Removal the upper radiator bracket

Disconnect the horn connector and remove the hood lock cable clamp (fig. 2.414).

Remove 3 bolts, then remove the hood lock (fig. 2.415).

Remove 7 bolts and upper radiator bracket (fig. 2.416).
Removal the radiator assembly
Disconnect the fan connector.

Disconnect 2 clamps of the main wiring harness of the engine compartment (fig. 2.417).

Remove 2 bolts, then remove engine compartment relay box #2 (fig. 2.418).
Remove the radiator with the fan shroud assembly from the vehicle.
Remove the lower radiator bracket.

To remove the fan shroud from the radiator, squeeze and push down on each of the upper shroud tabs (fig. 2.419).
Installing the fan shroud

Align the 2 grooves on the fan shroud with the 2 tabs on the bottom of the radiator and insert the tabs into the grooves (fig. 2.420).
Secure the fan shroud to the radiator with the 2 upper clips. Press until the clips click into place to ensure they are securely attached.
Install the lower radiator bracket.
Installing the radiator assembly
Install the radiator with fan shroud assembly on the vehicle.

Install the engine compartment relay box #2 and secure with 2 bolts.
Tightening torque: 5.3 Nm.
Install 2 clamps to the engine compartment main wiring harness.
Connect the fan connector.
Installing the Upper Radiator Bracket
Install the upper radiator bracket and secure with 7 bolts.
Tightening torque: 9.8 Nm for bolt A.
Connect the hood lock cable to the hood lock.
Secure the hood lock with 3 bolts.
Tightening torque: 8.0 Nm.
Install the hood lock cable clamp.
Connect the horn connector.
Note: Install the remaining components in the reverse order of removal.
