Note: The coolant level in the tank will change with engine temperature.
2. The coolant level should be between the "FULL" and "LOW" marks. If the level is below the "LOW" mark, add coolant of the same type that is already in the system.

2. Check the quality of the engine coolant. There should be no excessive rust or scale deposits around the filler cap or on the radiator filler hole; the coolant must be free of oil. If excessive contamination occurs, replace the coolant.
