Examination
1. Measure the resistance between the connector terminals of each sensor.
- Nominal resistance - 1.25 - 1.55 kOhm
If the value does not correspond to the nominal value, replace the sensor.
Pressure modulator.
1 - brake pipes,
2 - pressure modulator,
3 - bracket,
4 - bushing,
5 - mounting bolt.
2. Check for continuity between each of the terminals and the sensor body. If there is continuity, replace the sensor.
3. Check that the wheel speed sensor is installed correctly and that the tightening torque of the sensor mounting bolt corresponds to the permissible value.
- Tightening torque - 19 Nm
4. Check the sensor rotor for scratches, cracks, deformation or missing teeth.

5. Measure the gap between the rotor and the speed sensor.
- Nominal clearance - 1.0 mm
Removal and installation
Note:
- Carry out removal in accordance with the figure "Front wheel speed sensor".
- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
- Tightening torques are shown in the figure.
