When installing, please pay attention to the following operations:
1. Install the O-rings onto the transfer case, press them in place and apply grease to them.
2. Install the rear engine mount bracket:
a) Install the bracket mounting bolt to the engine "A", but do not tighten.
b) Tighten bolts "B", "C", "D".
c) Tighten bolt "A".
d) Tighten bolt "E".
Models before 05.2000.
Models from 05.2000.
3. Connect rods No.1 and No.2.
4. Connect the front drive shaft.
5. Install the driveshaft.
6. Install the exhaust pipe.
7. Fill the transfer case with oil.
8. Connect the negative battery cable.
