- Tightening torque - 23 Nm
2. Installation on the engine.
a) Align the mark on the pump flange and the timing belt cover.
b) Tighten the flange mounting nuts.
- Tightening torque - 21 Nm
c) Install the rear pump support. Tighten the mounting bolts.
- Tightening torque - 18 Nm
3. Check the injection advance setting angle.
4. Install the high pressure pipes. Tighten the pipe nuts.
- Tightening torque - 25 Nm

Note: On a pilot injection engine, do not damage the injection unit on the pump head.
5. Connect the fuel hoses.
6. Connect the wiring connectors.
7. Connect the water hoses to the heat control thermostat.
8. Connect the fuel injection pump control vacuum hose when the air conditioner is turned on.
9. Connect the accelerator cable.
10. Install the fuel injection pump drive pulley.
11. Install the timing belt.
12. Fill the cooling system.
13. Start the engine and check for fuel leaks.
14. Check the minimum and maximum idle speed.
