1. Jack up the car.
2. Release the parking brake lever.
3. Spread the pads with the regulator, turning it until the drum is completely locked.

4. Turn the regulator back one notch to allow the drum to rotate freely.
5. Check that the parking brake is working properly.
a) Pull the lever and check that the drum is locked.
b) Release the parking lever and make sure that the drum is not blocked.

Note: If the drum is locked, turn the regulator one more tooth towards the unlocking side.
6. Check that the parking brake lever operates correctly.
Pull the parking brake lever all the way up, counting the number of clicks.
Working stroke of the parking brake lever with a force of 20 kg:
- DYNA 100 - 6 - 10 clicks
- DYNA 150 - 3 - 10 clicks
If necessary, adjust the parking brake.
Note: Before adjusting the parking brake, the rear brake shoe clearance must be adjusted.
a) Loosen the lock nut.
b) Adjust the position of the parking brake lever by turning the connector.

c) Tighten the lock nut.
