Replacing the VRV Vacuum Distribution Valve Assembly (1CD-FTV) [Toyota Corolla Verso-AR10]

Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Remove the upper engine cover No.1.

Disconnect the connector and 2 hoses (fig. 2.442).

Remove 2 nuts then remove VSV (fig. 2.443).

Install VSV and secure with 2 nuts.

Tightening torque: 7.5 Nm.

Connect the connector and 2 hoses.

Install the upper engine cover #1.

Connect the negative terminal to the battery terminal.

Tightening torque: 5.4 Nm.
