Drain the engine oil.
Remove the lower left engine shield.
Removal the oil radiator assembly

Disconnect 2 hoses from oil cooler (fig. 2.470).
Unscrew the hollow union bolt and remove the oil cooler.
Remove the sealing ring from the oil cooler.
Remove the sealing ring from the hollow union bolt.
Installing the oil radiator assembly
Clean the oil cooler seating surface.
Place a new O-ring onto the hollow stud bolt.

Place a new sealing ring on the oil cooler (fig. 2.471).
Apply a thin coat of motor oil to the threads of the hollow stud bolt.

Align the recesses of the oil cooler with the protrusions on the cylinder block.
Install and secure the oil cooler with the hollow union bolt.
Tightening torque: 45 Nm.
Connect 2 hoses to the oil cooler.
Fill with engine oil.
Fill with coolant.
Check for engine oil leaks.
Check for coolant leaks.
Install the lower left engine shield.
