Removal glow plugs

Note:

- When checking the glow plug resistance, the glow plug connector must be disconnected.

- Be careful not to drop the glow plugs, otherwise they cannot be used.

1. Disconnect the vacuum tubes.

Tightening torque - 8 Nm

2. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

3. Remove the current buses.

4. Remove the glow plugs.

Tightening torque - 13 Nm

Installation of glow plugs is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Checking glow plugs

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the glow plug terminal and its body.

Nominal resistance (at 20°C) - 0.74 Ohm
