Note: It is not possible to adjust the hood and its lock when the hood and lock are secured with centering bolts. When adjusting, these bolts should be replaced with a normal bolt and washer.
1. Adjustment of the hood in the longitudinal or transverse direction.
Adjust the hood by loosening the bolts securing the side brackets to the hood.
2. Adjusting the front edge of the hood in the vertical direction.
Loosen the lock nut. Adjust the hood by turning the hood cushions.
3. Adjusting the rear edge of the hood in the vertical direction.
a) Unscrew the two nuts and remove the windshield wipers.
b) Remove two pistons, unscrew six screws, remove the air intake grille.
c) Adjust the hood by changing the number of adjusting shims.
4. Adjusting the hood lock.
Loosen the mounting bolts and adjust the hood lock.
