Removing
1. Jack up the car.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Drain the oil from the rear gearbox.
4. (Models with ABS)
Remove the rear wheel speed sensor.
5. Disconnect the brake pipe and brake hose.
6. Remove the brake drum.
7. Remove the brake mechanism.
8. Disconnect the rear axle shaft.
9. Using the special tool and a press, remove the bearing.
10. Use the special tool to remove the oil seal.
Installation
1. Using the special tool, install the oil seal.
2. Press in the bearing.
3. Install the rear axle shaft.
Note: do not damage the seal.
4. Connect the brake pipe and brake hose
5. Install the brake drum.
6. Connect the brake pipe and brake hose and tighten the union nut.
- Tightening torque - 13-18 Nm
7. (Models with ABS) Install the wheel speed sensor.
8. Fill oil in the rear gear.
9. Install the wheel.
- Tightening torque - 88 - 118 Nm
10. Lower the car.
11. Fill in a brake liquid and pump over brake system.
