Removal and installation
Note:
- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
- Tightening torques are given in the text.
- Perform final tightening of the bolts after the suspension has been stabilized.
1. Jack up the car.
2. Remove the rear wheels.
- Tightening torque - 88-118 Nm
3. Drain the oil from the rear axle gearbox.
4. Remove the driveshaft.
5. (Models with ABS)
Remove the wheel speed sensor.
6. Disconnect the brake pipe and hose.
7. Remove the brake drum.
8. Remove the brake mechanism.
9. Remove the rear axle shafts.
10. Remove the gearbox housing together with the rear axle coupling.
11. Install a special jack under the rear axle gearbox.

Rear suspension beam (2WD models).
Rear axle (4WD models).
1 - shock absorber,
2 - lower suspension arm,
3 - transverse thrust,
4 - upper vibration isolator,
5 - spring,
6 - lower vibration isolator,
7 - rear axle.
