1. Install the carburetor, having previously installed a new insulator on the intake manifold flange; secure the carburetor with four nuts.
2. Attach the vacuum tube to the carburetor clamp.
3. Attach to the carburetor: fuel supply pipe, emission control hose (toxicity management) exhaust gases, carburetor ventilation hose (float chamber imbalance systems).
4. Install drive parts:
A) Thrust or cable accelerator;
b) (Carburetor with manual choke control)
air damper cable;
V) (Models with automatic transmission)
throttle control cable from the gearbox;
5. Connect the carburetor electrical connector.
6. Install the air filter or air line to the carburetor.
7. Adjust idle and mixture.
8. Adjust the high idle speed when the engine warms up.
9. Adjust the speed set by the throttle opening mechanism.
10. Adjust the speed set by the throttle valve manipulator (TR).
11. Adjust the increased idle speed when the brake booster is turned on.
