Removal and installation the fuel shut-off valve [Toyota Carina T190]

Note: Install the parts in the reverse order of removal. Use new gaskets and sealing ring when installing. Check for leaks after installing the valve.


1. Disconnect the fuel supply pipe.

a) Loosen the mounting bolt.

b) Unscrew the union nut and remove the fuel supply pipe with two gaskets.



2. Remove the fuel shut-off valve.



Fuel shut-off valve
1 - gasket,
2 - nut,
3 - fuel pipe,
4 - fuel cut-off valve,
5 - sealing ring,
6 - filter,
7 - wave washer.
