Nozzle disassembly
1 - nozzle coupling nut,
2 - spacer,
3 - spring,
4 - nozzle body,
5 - adjusting washer,
6 - pusher,
7 - body and needle of the atomizer.
1. Disassembly of the fuel injector,
A) Loosen the injector union nut using the special tool.
Note: When disassembling the injector, be careful not to let the internal parts fall out of the injector.
b) Remove the spring, shim, lower spring plate, spacer.
2. Cleaning the nozzle parts.
A) With a wooden stick, brass (or copper) clean the brushes and wash the atomizer body in clean diesel fuel'.
Note: do not touch the working surfaces of the parts.
b) Using a wooden rod, clean the tip of the atomizer needle from deposits.
V) Clean with brass (copper) brushes external surfaces of the sprayer body (except for work surface).
G) Check for corrosion on the bearing surface of the sprayer and on the tip of the sprayer needle. If corrosion is found, replace the precision pair (gun body and needle).
3. Checking the atomizer needle.
A) Rinse the body and needle of the atomizer in clean diesel fuel.
b) Tilt the spray gun body 60°to the horizontal.
Note: Do not touch precision surfaces with your hands.
Pull the atomizer needle out of the housing one third of its length and release it.
V) Under the influence of its own weight, the atomizer needle should smoothly fall into the opening of the atomizer body.
G) Turning each time at a small angle the needle of the atomizer, repeat the steps (b) And (V).
If the atomizer needle does not dip easily, replace the precision pair (gun body and needle).
