The electric control system /for the automatic transmission provides extremely precise control of gear shifting and torque converter locking moments depending on the vehicle's driving modes and engine operation. In addition, the use of the electric control system allows for a significant improvement in gear shifting quality.
The electrical part of the automatic transmission control system consists of three parts:
a) Sensors that determine the vehicle's condition parameters and transmit this data to the electronic control unit.
b) A control unit that determines the shift points and controls the torque converter lock-up clutch.
c) The actuator, which consists of electromagnetic valves.
