Removal
Only for vehicles up to 4/87. Open the door and remove the front mounting bolt.
Using a steel plate bent at an angle, separate the roof trim from the flange on the underside, first from the front and moving towards the body protection from damage. Specialist workshops use the special tool SST 30010 for this.
Installation
Install the roof trim by placing it on the upper edge of the flange. Press the trim against the sheet by tapping it with your palm. Screw in the fastening screw, if there is one.
