- Acid-resistant lubricant, such as that from BOSCH.
- Steel brush (for cleaning poles and terminals).
- Hydrometer.
Necessary wearing parts: Distilled water.
Cleaning the battery terminals
Clean the battery terminals and connection clamps and lubricate with protective grease.
Checking the electrolyte level.
Electrolyte levels should be checked every four weeks.
Warning: Do not use open fire near the battery. There is a risk of explosion!

The electrolyte level should be between the top (UPPER LEVEL) and lower (LOWER LEVEL) tags.
To fill the electrolyte, unscrew the caps with a coin or a large screwdriver.
Attention: When filling, use only distilled water.
