Raise the front of the car.



Shine a light on the dust boots on the left and right and check for damage. Pay attention to the presence of traces of grease on the protective covers.

If the boot is damaged, it is better to replace both it and the corresponding joint for safety reasons. Dirt may have destroyed the joint.

Check the reliability of the hinge nut and cotter pin fastening. However, do not tighten the nut.
