Attention! Work is performed by two people.

Removal and installation

1. Lift the rear compartment door and remove the inner door trim panel.

2. Disconnect all door connectors.

3. Cover the bottom of the opening with a rag.

4. Disconnect the rear compartment lid levers while an assistant supports the door. The rear compartment lid lever mounting bolt is indicated by the arrow.

5. Before unscrewing the rear compartment door mounting bolts (indicated by arrows) outline the contours of the hinges. Unscrew the bolts securing the hinges to the rear compartment door and remove the door.

6. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Adjustment

1. Adjustment of the rear compartment door relative to the body is achieved by moving the door with the hinge bolts to the body or door loosened. The door is considered adjusted if the upper edge is parallel to the edge of the rear panel. If the door adjustment is not achieved by moving the hinges, then spacers should be placed between the hinges and the body (door) (available for sale).

2. To adjust the closed door position, make sure that the latch of the lock comes into contact with the center of the latch. Otherwise, adjust by moving the latch up and down.

3. Adjust the engagement of the latch with the striker and the position of the door by moving the striker up and down or back and forth.
