- Tightening torque - 72 Nm
2. Bolt the gearbox to the rear engine mount.
a) (DYNA 100) Tighten the mounting bolt and nut.
- Tightening torque - 49 Nm
b) (DYNA 150) Tighten the four mounting bolts.
- Tightening torque - 76 Nm
3. Install amplifiers.
4. Install the starter.
5. Install the clutch slave cylinder.
6. Connect the speedometer cable.
7. Connect the reversing light connector.
8. (DYNA 150) Install the lever axle bracket from the clutch housing.
9. Connect the shift and gear selection rods.
10. Connect the exhaust pipe.
a) Connect the intake pipe to the exhaust manifold.
- Tightening torque - 62 Nm
b) Connect the exhaust pipe to the muffler.
- Tightening torque - 43 Nm
c) Install the exhaust pipe mounting clamp.
12. Set the parking brake.
13. Connect the propeller shaft.
14. Fill with transmission oil.
Capacity:
- DYNA 100 - 2.2 liters
- DYNA 150 - 2.7 liters
15. Lower the vehicle by removing the stands.
16. Connect the negative battery terminal.
