Adjusting the air conditioner control cables (lever type control panel) [Toyota Carina T190]

1. To adjust, set the control levers to the following positions:

a) Set the air flow direction flap control lever to the FACE position.

b) Set the air intake flap control lever to the RECIRC position.

c) Set the air flow mixing flap control lever to the COOL position.

2. Adjusting the air flow mixing flap control cable. Set the air flow mixing flap control lever to the COOL position (cooling), connect the cable, secure the cable with a clamp.



3. Adjust the air flow direction flap control cable to the FACE position.

Set the air flow direction flap control lever to the FACE position, connect the cable, and secure the cable with a clamp as shown in the figure.



3. Adjusting the air intake flap control cable to the RECIRC position.

Set the air intake flap control lever to the RECIRC position, connect the cable, and secure the cable with the clamp as shown in the figure.
