Note: Models with air conditioning are equipped with two electric fans (one is an electric fan for the cooling system radiator, and the second is used to cool the air conditioning condenser).


1. Disconnect the fan electrical connector.

2. Connect the ammeter and battery to the fan connector as shown in the figure.



After making sure the fan rotates freely, take the ammeter reading.

Nominal current:
  • Manual transmission - 5.7-7.7 A
  • Automatic transmission - 8.0-10.1 A

If the ammeter reading is outside the specified range, replace the fan motor,

3. Connect the electrical connectors of the fans.
