Disassembly
1. Remove the fuel pump from the bracket.
a) Disconnect the fuel pump wiring from the connector.
b) Remove the lower part of the fuel pump from the bracket.
c) Remove the rubber shock absorber from the fuel pump.
d) Disconnect the fuel hose and remove the pump.
3. Remove the fuel pump filter.
a) Remove the clamp.
b) Pull out the fuel filter.
4. Remove the fuel level sensor from the bracket by disconnecting the fuel level sensor connector and removing the two screws.
5. Remove the two screws, connector mount, connector and gasket.
Assembly
The fuel pump is assembled in the reverse order of its disassembly. In this case, new gaskets must be installed in the appropriate places.
