Measure the resistance between the pump terminals using an ohmmeter.
- Nominal resistance - 0.2-3.0 Ohm

If the resistance is outside the specified range, replace the fuel pump.
2. Check the operation of the fuel pump. Connect the wire from the pump terminal to the positive terminal of the battery, and the wire from the terminal to the negative terminal. Make sure the pump works.
Attention:
- - The test must be performed within 10 seconds to avoid winding burnout
- - The fuel pump should be located as far away from the battery as possible.
- - Connect and disconnect wires only to the battery.
