a) Using a centering mandrel, install the disc and clutch housing.

b) Align the timing marks on the clutch housing and flywheel.
c) Temporarily tighten bolts No.1 and No.2.
d) Tighten the clutch housing mounting bolts in several stages, in the sequence shown in the figure.
- Tightening torque - 19 Nm

2. Check the relative position of the ends of the diaphragm spring petals.
- Maximum deviation from plane - 0.5 mm

If the deviation exceeds the permissible value, adjust the relative position of the ends of the spring petals.
3. Apply grease to the surface of the following parts:
- clutch release forks and release bearing at their contact points;
- clutch release forks and the working cylinder rod at their contact points.
- at the ball joint point of the clutch release fork.
- on the splines of the clutch disc.
4. Install the release bearing onto the clutch release fork, and then install them onto the gearbox.
5. Install the gearbox.
