Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Remove the upper radiator shroud.
Drain the coolant.
Remove the upper engine cover No.1.
Remove the battery.
Remove the expansion tank of the cooling system.
Remove air duct #2.
Removal the throttle body assembly
Disconnect the throttle actuator motor connector.
Disconnect the throttle position sensor connector.

Remove 3 nuts, then remove the throttle body and intake manifold flange gasket (fig. 2.575).
Installing the Throttle Body Assembly
Install a new gasket and secure the air damper with 3 nuts.
Tightening torque: 21 Nm.
Install air duct #2.
Install the expansion tank of the cooling system.
Install the battery.
Tightening torque: 5.0 Nm for bolt, 3.5 Nm for nut.

Install the upper engine cover #1.
Install the upper radiator shroud.
Connect the negative terminal to the battery terminal.
Tightening torque: 5.4 Nm.
Fill with coolant.
Check for coolant leaks.
