Clutch Slave Cylinder Parts
1. Cylinder; 2. The union for removal of air; 3. Case; 4. Pusher; 5. Piston; 6. Spring
Removing
1. Disconnect the battery from the ground.
2. Raise the front of the car.
3. Disconnect the hydraulic drive line from the cylinder, drain the fluid and plug the pipes.
4. Remove two bolts.
5. Remove the cylinder.
Disassembly
1. Remove the cover and spring ring.
2. Knock out the piston and remove the spring.
3. Check the condition of the inner surface of the cylinder by touch.
4. If roughness is found, replace the cylinder.
5. Assemble the cylinder, making sure that the new seals are installed correctly.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
2. Insert the plunger into the recess on the clutch fork.
3. Secure the cylinder, attach the hose and bleed the air from the hydraulic actuator.
