1. Disconnect the battery from the ground.
2. Remove transmission.
3. Remove the spring clip from the fork ball joint, disconnect the fork from the ball joint and remove the release bearing.
4. The bearing must rotate freely in the cage.
5. Otherwise the bearing replace. Do not wash the bearing in solvent.
6. Lubricate the bearing guide bushing and input shaft splines with refractory grease.
7. Lubricate the recess under the ball joint of the fork with refractory grease.
8. Lubricate the bearing mounting points and the recess under the pusher of the working cylinder.
9. Install the spring clip.
10. Put on the brackets and install the bearing on the fork.
11. Put the bearing on the gearbox input shaft.
12. Pass the fork through the cover, grease the support and put the fork on the support, pushing it until it clicks.
13. Lightly lubricate the surface of the bearing in contact with the diaphragm spring with refractory grease.
14. Further assembly is carried out in the reverse order.
