Examination
1. Disconnect hoses and connector from valve.
2. Checking the connections of the channels inside the vacuum valve.
A) Connect the battery to the connector terminals as shown in the figure.
b) Supply air to the pipe "F" and make sure air comes out of the pipe "E" and does not come out of the filter "G".
V) Disconnect the battery.
G) Supply air to the pipe "E" and make sure air comes out of the filter "G", but does not come out of the pipe "F".
d) If the valve does not operate as specified, replace the vacuum valve.
2. Check for a short circuit.
Using an ohmmeter, check that there is no continuity between each terminal and the vacuum valve body. If continuity is found, replace the vacuum valve.
3. Resistance check.
A) Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the two terminals of the connector.
Resistance — 37-44 Ohm at 20°С
b) If the resistance value is not as specified, replace the vacuum valve.
