1 - throttle position sensor,
2 - exhaust gas recirculation valve,
3 - absolute pressure sensor,
4 - electronic unit of the control system of the toxicity reduction system,
5 - coolant temperature sensor,
6 - electropneumatic valve of the exhaust gas recirculation system (EVRV).
1. Connect a pressure gauge as shown.
Note: connect the pressure gauge with the engine off.
2. Checking work.
When the coolant temperature is below 60°C.
A) Start the engine and make sure the vacuum is maintained below 50 mmHg. Art. and it does not depend on the rotational speed.
When the coolant temperature is above 75°C.
- A) (Models with manual transmission) When the engine is idling, make sure the vacuum is below 50 mmHg. Art.
- b) (Models with manual transmission) Bring the engine to 1500 rpm. And make sure that the vacuum increases.
- V) (Models with automatic transmission) When the engine is idling, make sure that the vacuum increases.
Note: after starting the engine, it is necessary to move the automatic transmission selector lever to the range for more than half a second "D" or "R", and then in "N" or "R".
- G) Press the accelerator pedal sharply and at the moment when the speed reaches 3000 rpm, make sure that the vacuum instantly drops below 50 mm Hg. Art.
- d) Maintain RPM above 4800 rpm and ensure vacuum is less than 50 mmHg. Art.
