Sunroof control relay test table (long wheelbase models).
Note: In the position marked with * there is resistance as there is an electric motor in the circuit.
Sunroof control relay test table (short wheelbase models).
Checking switches
1. Checking the control switch.
A) Check the conductivity of the switch circuits according to the table.
b) Replace the switch if the conductivity is not as specified.
Long wheelbase models
Short wheelbase models
2. Checking the limit switch.
A) Check the conductivity of the switch circuits according to the table.
b) Replace the switch if the conductivity is not as specified.

Short models
Checking the drive
1. Checking the operation of the electric motor,
A) Connect "plus" battery to terminal 3, and "minus" - to terminal 1 of the connector (for short base models to terminals 2 (+) and 1 (-): The motor must rotate counterclockwise.
b) Reverse the polarity of the battery connection: the direction of rotation of the motor should be reversed.
V) Replace the motor if it does not operate as specified.
2. Checking the thermal fuse, and) When the sunroof is in the end position (fully open), set the switch to position "OPEN". Make sure the thermal fuse trip time is 4 - 40 seconds.
b) When the sunroof is in the end position (fully open), set the switch to position "CLOSE". Make sure the sunroof starts to close with a delay of up to 60 seconds.
V) Replace the motor if it does not operate as specified.
3. Motor circuit check (long wheelbase models).
A) Check for continuity between terminals A2 and B2.
b) Check for continuity between terminals AZ and OT.
V) Check for continuity between terminals Ab and B1.
G) Replace switch if conductivity is different from above.
4. Checking the sunroof control relay.
A) Disconnect the connector.
b) Check the connector on the wiring side according to the table.
V) Replace the relay if the circuit parameters match those given in the table.
G) If the circuit parameters do not match those given in the table, then check other circuits and systems.
