If the level is low, check for leaks and add coolant to the mark "FULL" (with warm engine) and labels "LOW" with a cold engine).
2. Check the quality of the coolant.
A) Remove the radiator cap.
Caution: To avoid burns, do not remove the radiator cap when the engine is hot, as fluid and vapor are under pressure.
b) There should be no excessive rust deposits around the radiator cap valves or radiator filler seats. The coolant must not contain oil and must be clear.
If the coolant is dirty, clean the channels of the cooling system and replace the coolant.
V) Install the radiator cap.
3. (KZ series) Replace coolant.
A) Remove the radiator cap.
Note: Be careful when removing the plug from a hot engine.
b) Remove plugs (A) And (IN) to bleed air.
V) Open the radiator drain cock and drain the coolant.
Series K3
G) Drain the coolant from the expansion tank.
d) Close the radiator drain plug, fill the radiator with distilled water.
e) Tighten faucet (A), when water comes out.
and) Tighten faucet (IN), when water comes out.
h) Screw on the radiator cap when water is poured under the cut of the neck.
And) Start the engine and let it idle until it warms up. Stop the engine.
To) Drain the water.
l) Repeat steps (d) - (To) 2-3 times.
m) Tighten the drain plug of the radiator, fill the radiator with coolant.
Note:
- Use a reputable brand of ethylene glycol based coolant and mix according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- It is recommended to use a coolant that contains more than 50% ethylene glycol, but no more than 70%.
- Do not use alcohol antifreeze.
- The coolant must be mixed with demineralized or distilled water.
- Filling capacity - 3.8 l
n) Tighten plugs in series (A) And (IN) as soon as coolant comes out of them.
O) Screw on the radiator cap when the coolant is filled under the cut of the neck. Pour coolant into the expansion tank.
P) Warm up the engine and check for coolant leaks.
R) Check the coolant level and top up if necessary.
4. (EJ-series) Replace coolant.
A) Remove the radiator cap.
Note: Be careful when removing the plug from a hot engine.
b) Open the radiator drain cock and drain the coolant.
EJ-series
V) Close the radiator drain plug.
G) Pour distilled water into the radiator.
d) Screw on the radiator cap when water is poured under the cut of the neck.
e) Start the engine and let it idle until it warms up. Stop the engine.
