Note: To reach the normal operating temperature of 70-80°C of the working fluid, the car must drive at a speed of 60 km/h for at least 15 minutes or at a speed of 40 km/h for at least 30 minutes.
1. Park the vehicle on a level surface and apply the parking brake.
2. While the engine is idling, move the selector to each range from "R" before "L" with a delay of 2-3 seconds and return back to the position "R".
3. Remove the dipstick and wipe it dry.
4. Fully insert the dipstick into the nozzle.
5. With the engine running at idle, remove the dipstick. The fluid level must be between the marks "NOT" ("H") (warmed up). If the level is below this range, add fluid.
Working fluid:
- EJ-DE - DEXRON III or equivalent
- KZ-VE, K3-VE2 - Type T-IV or equivalent
Note:
- Do not overfill above the prescribed level.
- Level "COLD" ("WITH") It is used only when changing the automatic transmission fluid or when the engine is cold and not running.

6. If the fluid smells burnt or is black, notice it.
To determine fluidity, compare it with fresh working fluid using a paper towel. Normal working liquid is easily absorbed by the paper, while bad working liquid is absorbed slowly.
