2. Install the oil pump and oil pan (see section "Lubrication system").
3. Install the water pump (see section "Cooling system").
4. Install the cylinder head (see the relevant paragraph).
5. Install the timing belt and pulleys (see the relevant paragraph).
6. Install the generator.
7. Install the rear end cover.
- Tightening torque - 12 Nm
8. (For vehicles equipped with manual transmission). Install the flywheel.
a) Apply a thin coat of engine oil to the threads and under the bolt heads.
b) Install the flywheel on the crankshaft.
c) Install and tighten the eight mounting bolts evenly, in several passes, in the sequence shown in the figure.
- Tightening torque - 123 Nm
10. (For cars with automatic transmission). Install the drive disk (see above).
- Tightening torque - 98 Nm
11. (For vehicles equipped with manual transmission).
Install the clutch disc and basket.
