- Refuel only with unleaded gasoline.
- Avoid prolonged idling of the engine, that is, do not allow the engine to operate at high idle speeds for more than 10 minutes and in idling mode for no more than 20 minutes.
- Check spark plugs only when really necessary. Do not increase engine speed while checking.
- Perform a compression check as quickly as possible.
- Do not drive with an almost empty fuel tank. This can lead to false ignition, which will cause unnecessary overload of the catalyst.
- Do not drive a vehicle with the gear in gear and the ignition off (for example, when driving downhill).
- When disposing of the catalyst, do not throw it away along with other parts contaminated with oil or grease.
