Checking and adjusting the idle speed when turning on the air conditioner/heater of a diesel engine [Toyota Carina T190]

Apply a vacuum of 300 mm Hg to the idle speed control drive when the air conditioner/heater is turned on.

Nominal speed - 850-950 rpm

If the values do not match the specified ones, turn the drive adjusting screw and set the rotation speed to 900 rpm.

If adjustment with the screw is not possible, move the adjusting washer from the back of the drive.
