Gear oil specification API GL-5 SAE 75W-90 or 80W-90 (gasoline engine), ATF Dexron-II (diesel).
Oil change
Place the car horizontally on the lift.
If there are engine and gearbox covers, remove them.

Check the gearbox for leaks.
Remove the drain plug (arrow in Fig. G-6214) and drain the oil. Allow enough time for the oil to drain completely and then screw the plug back in.
Unscrew the filler plug on the front side (in the direction of the vehicle's movement) gearbox housing.
Fill the gearbox with oil of the appropriate specification up to the lower edge of the filler hole.
Amount of oil to be poured
1) 4-speed gearbox
2) 5-speed gearbox
Replace the filler plug and tighten it, but not too tightly.
Install the engine and gearbox covers, if equipped.
Remove the car from the lift.
