Examination
Drive about 20 km by car. In this case, the oil in the gearbox should be heated to a temperature of + 80-90°C.
Park the car on a level surface.
Start the engine at idle. Engage the parking brake. Set the gear selector to all positions. As a result, set the selector to position R.
Remove the dipstick and wipe it with a clean rag.
Re-insert the probe into the hole and remove.
Check oil level. If necessary, top up using a funnel with a filter mesh.
Attention: The oil level must not be below the mark corresponding to this temperature. Otherwise, it may cause damage to the transmission. If the oil level is above the mark, the transmission may overheat and leaks may occur. If the oil level is higher than specified, it must be sucked out.
Caution: If the automatic transmission oil is black and smells burnt, it must be changed.
