All models are equipped with a hydraulic power steering, the performance of which depends on the engine speed.

The control valve, which regulates the flow of liquid at medium and high pump speeds, is replaced by a flow control valve stem, which regulates the area of the flow orifice.

The increase in flow rate is proportional to the increase in pump speed.

As a result of the increase in flow rate created by the vane pump, the flow control valve moves to the left and reduces the flow rate by reducing the area of the flow orifice around the conical surface of the rod.
High speed range, steering gear not working (C)

The flow control valve continues to move to the left and reduces the flow by reducing the flow opening with the cylindrical surface of the stem.

When the steering gear operates in the medium and high speed range, the increasing pump pressure on the left side of the flow control valve causes the latter to move to the right, restoring the flow value.
