Front Anti-Roll Bar Installation Components
1. Jack up the vehicle and place it on supports. If equipped, remove the crankcase guard.
2. Give the nuts (refer to the illustration above) and remove the anti-roll bar mounting bolts.
3. Loosen the bolts/nuts of the clamps securing the anti-roll bar to the vehicle frame.
4. Remove the anti-roll bar from under the vehicle and remove the rubber bushings from it.
5. Assess the condition of the bushings and replace them if necessary.
6. When installing new bushings, make sure that they are facing forward on the vehicle with the slots facing forward.
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Make sure that all fasteners are tightened to the required force (refer to the illustration above).
