Warning! Remember that the dust generated during operation of the brake mechanisms may contain asbestos, which is extremely harmful to human health. Never blow off dust with compressed air or inhale it; wear a protective mask or respirator when servicing the mechanisms. Do not use gasoline or petroleum-based solvents to wipe brake system components; use only branded cleaning agents or methyl alcohol!
Front suspension hub
1. Set the parking brake. Loosen the nuts of the corresponding front wheel, jack up the front of the car and place it on supports. Remove the wheel.
2. Disconnect the brake hose support bracket and other communication lines provided by the kit from the steering knuckle (refer to the illustration above). On ABS equipped models, remove the wheel sensor from the knuckle assembly (see chapter Brake system).
3. Remove the hub assembly with the brake disc (see chapter Transmission line).
5. Remove the brake disc splash guard (see chapter Brake system).
6. Remove the oil seal, gasket and boot (refer to the illustration above).
7. Disconnect the steering tie rod end from the steering knuckle (see section Checking the condition, removing and installing the steering linkage).
8. Jack up the lower suspension arm and disconnect it from the steering knuckle.
9. Remove the cotter pin and give up the nut.

10. Disconnect the steering knuckle from the upper arm.
11. Remove the steering knuckle from the lower arm.
12. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Make sure that all fasteners are tightened to the required force.
